If a majority of TAFE SA employees who vote during the ballot vote in favour of this proposed Agreement, (i.e. vote Yes), an application will be made to the Industrial Relations Commission of South Australia (IRCSA) for it to be approved. The Agreement only has effect if the IRCSA approves it.
