If the contractual relationship between the client and the contractor (hereinafter together referred to as “Parties”) also involves the processing of personal data, which requires the conclusion of an agreement according to Art. 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “GDPR”), the following provisions shall apply unless the Parties have stipulated relevant provisions in the Main Agreement or concluded a separate written agreement governing the processing of personal data.
