The Income Eligible Retrofits Program (“Program”) for the northern Illinois utilities, ComEd, Nicor Gas, North Shore Gas and Peoples Gas (the “Utilities”), and managed by Resource Innovations, LLC. (“Company”), and the Participating Agency Agreement (“Agreement”), dated March 30, 2018, remains in effect for January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020 with the following revisions.
