We refer to the Financing Agreement (“Agreement”) dated April 3, 2020, as amended, between the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka (“Recipient”) and the International Development Association (“Association”), for the COVID-19 Emergency Response and Health Systems Preparedness Project (“Project”). We also refer to the letter from the Recipient dated February 19, 2021, requesting an additional financing to support procurement and distribution of COVID-19 vaccines under the Project. Said request would necessitate certain amendments to the Agreement.
