This lease agreement is made and entered into by and between WEBB COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, acting herein by Tano E. Tijerina, Webb County Judge, as authorized by the WEBB COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT, for the Webb County Head Start Program (hereinafter referred to as "LESSEE"), and FIRST CHRISTIAN CHURCH (hereinafter referred to as "LESSOR").
