The following User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the “The Entertainment Group” ("Website"), including without limitation and, where applicable, participation in its surveys, bulletin boards, forums, chats, and all other areas (except to the extent stated otherwise on a specific page) managed by Nudge Now (Pty) Ltd. (Block 805, Hammets Crossing Office Park, 2 Selborne Road, Fourways) (“THE CLIENT”) and powered by Vision Critical Research Solutions (UK) Limited (1 Boundary Row, 1st Floor, London, SE1 8HP) ("Service Provider," “we,” or “our”), on behalf of Nudge Now (Pty) Ltd ("THE CLIENT").
