THIS COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT ("Agreement"), entered into as of this day of March, 2016, among the CITY OF SEDALIA, MISSOURI, a third class city and political subdivision of the State of Missouri (the "City"), the GALAXY WEST COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, a Missouri political subdivision (the "District") and STAR ACQUISITIONS, INC., a Missouri corporation (the "Developer”) (the City, District, and Developer are collectively referred to herein as the "Parties" and individually as "Party," as the context so requires).
