This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Settlement Agreement” or “Agreement) is made by and between Plaintiffs Geno Valverde and Bernie Ferris (“Plaintiffs,” “Plaintiff Valverde,” and “Plaintiff Ferris”) and Defendant Rivulis Irrigation, Inc.
