This RESIDENTIAL LEASE AGREEMENT (this “Lease”), dated as of March 1, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between the City of Utqiaġvik, an Alaska municipal organization (“Landlord” or the “City”), and the individual(s) listed in Exhibit A (individually and collectively, as context requires, “Tenant”). Landlord and Tenant are individually, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties” for the purposes of this Lease.
