To participate, each vendor must commit to the entire day from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Absolutely no set-up or tear down during the Festival. Booths must be set up before 9:30 a.m., ready to open at 10:00 a.m. and remain in place throughout the entirety of the festival until 5:00 p.m.
