The following agreement confirms the terms and conditions of the working relationship between the Governor’s Institute and the speaker named above. This agreement replaces all prior agreements. The parties agree that Governor’s Institute and the Speaker will work to provide high quality continuing education and training for health professionals in order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
