This Intellectual Property Licensing Agreement (the “Agreement”), effective as of February 1, 2022 (“Effective Date”), is between Older Adults Technology Services, Inc., a New York nonprofit corporation, with a principal place of business at 168 7th Street, Suite 3A, Brooklyn, NY 11215 (“OATS”) and Davidson County Senior Services, a department of county government with a principal place of business at 555-B West Center Street Ext. Lexington, NC 27295 (“Licensee”). OATS and/or Licensee may be referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
