This Agreement is entered into between Independent School District No. 88, New Ulm, Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the School District, and the New Ulm Principals’ Association, hereinafter referred to as the exclusive representative, pursuant to and in compliance with the Public Employment Labor Act of 1971, as amended, hereinafter referred to as PELRA, to provide the terms and conditions of employment for principals during the duration of this agreement.
