This agreement consists of general terms and conditions (hereinafter “General Terms”) and specific terms and conditions of use of the TaticView subscription service (free or paid) (hereinafter “Terms of Service”). The General Terms and Terms of Service are referred to as "Terms". In the event of a conflict between the General Terms and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail.
