This Business Associate Agreement (this "BAA") is entered into by and between you and the organization you represent (together, “Customer”) and Contrast AI Inc. (herein “Business Associate”) effective upon your registration and initial access to the Business Associate’s technology platform service (“Service”) and is effective until you terminate your use of the Service as provided for in the Agreement and BAA. This BAA is effective on the date it is accepted by Customer (through direct acceptance or Business Associate’s online terms of service).
