whose particulars are set out in Account Opening Form of Cash Securities Trading Account / Margin Securities Trading Account* (the “Account Opening Form”), hereby apply to open an options account (the “Options Account”) for effecting Exchange Traded Options Business (as defined in the Options Trading Rules of the Exchange) in Hong Kong and request you to accept and maintain the Options Account on and subject to the following terms and conditions (collectively “this Agreement”).
