This policy, the Policy Schedule and any Endorsements are based on the information the Policyholder and/or the Insured provided Us and form the contract of insurance between You and Us. Each Insured should read this policy, Policy Schedule and any Endorsements carefully, keep them in a safe place and refer to them should a policy service be required or a claim occurs.
