This Agreement for Roadway Striping and Pavement Marking Services (“Agreement”) is made as of the 4 day of June, 2024, by and between the Town of Loxahatchee Groves, 155 F Road, Loxahatchee Groves, Florida 33470, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, (“TOWN”), and Steffen & Sons Striping, LLC., a limited liability company authorized to do business in the State of Florida, (“CONTRACTOR”).
