This Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between the Dallas College ("Dallas College" or "College"), a Texas political subdivision of higher education, and Dallas Independent School District ("Dallas ISD" or "School District"), a Texas independent school district, on behalf of Kathlyn Joy Gilliam Collegiate Academy ECHS ("High School"). The High School and College may hereafter be individually referred to as "Party" and collectively as "Parties."
