This Agreement is entered into between the below-named Property Owner (hereinafter “Client”) and Patrick O’Connor & Associates, L.P., a Texas limited partnership, doing business as O’Connor & Associates (hereinafter “O’Connor”), and located at 2200 North Loop West, Suite 200, Houston, TX 77018. Client engages O’Connor to provide property tax consulting services (hereinafter “Services”) with respect to appealing the Taxing Authority’s assessment of the property or properties described in Exhibit A” attached hereto (hereinafter “Property”).
