This Agreement is entered into by and between the SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the State of California, herein called “DISTRICT,” and John R. Hollenbeck d/b/a Hollenbeck Consulting, a sole proprietor, whose address is 7343 El Camino Real #195, Atascadero, CA 93422, herein called “ENGINEER.” This Agreement shall be effective as of the date it is fully executed by the parties.
