AGREEMENT IN LIEU OF AN EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PLAN FOR A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCEAgreement • August 17th, 2021
In lieu of submitting an Erosion and Sediment control plan for the construction of a single family residence and/or improvements with a disturbed area of ten thousand (10,000) square feet or more, I agree to comply with the requirements of Madison County Erosion and Sediment Control Ordinance and the Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Regulations and to install erosion measures in accordance with applicable standards and specifications in order to protect against the transport of soil and sediment. I further agree to comply with any additional requirements deemed necessary to provide adequate control of erosion and sedimentation on or resulting from this construction. Erosion controls required shall be installed as a first step in the construction process and prior to a request for a footing inspection.
