OWNER intends to contract to provide professional engineering design, bid and construction phase services for the McKinney Road Wastewater Improvements Project , which will entail engineering services necessary for (i) the abandonment of two wastewater lift stations located on McKinney Road between Bob Smith and Massey Thompkins, (ii) the conversion of the collection systems in these areas to gravity flow, which will require the construction of a new gravity wastewater line extension and the conversion of the existing lift station wet well basins to manholes, and (iii) rehabilitation of McKinney Road (the “Project”).
