THIS LICENSE (“License”) is made and entered into , 2021 (“Commencement Date”), by and between RAYTHEON COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as “LICENSEE”) and the ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, a body corporate and politic, hereinafter referred to as “DISTRICT,” without regard to number and gender. DISTRICT and LICENSEE may sometimes hereinafter be referred to individually as “Party” or jointly as “Parties.”
