JVA appreciates the opportunity to submit this letter agreement for engineering services related to the design of the Tract 220 Gravity Sewer that will serve the Highway 50 and McCulloch and East Industrial properties identified in the 2016 Wastewater Master Plan. The sewer main extension will begin at a new manhole in the northeast corner of the Tract 220 and flow by gravity through approximately 15,500 linear feet of gravity sewer pipeline through the East Industrial property to the existing collection system in Purcell Boulevard. The sewer main will have a major road crossing of E. McCulloch Blvd which may require jack and boring.
