This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Settlement Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between: Plaintiff Stephen Rossini, individually, Plaintiff Matthew Kane, individually (collectively, “Plaintiffs”), and as the representatives of the Settlement Class Members as defined below, on the one hand; and, PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. and PNC Bank, N.A. (collectively, “Defendants”), on the other hand. Plaintiffs, Settlement Class Members, and Defendants are collectively referred to as the “Parties.” This Settlement Agreement is intended by the Parties to fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, and settle all released rights and claims to the extent set forth below, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
