THIS AGREEMENT, by and between the party identified in “Part I – PARTICIPANT Information” below, hereinafter referred to as “PARTICIPANT or PARTICIPANT,” and the organizers of MechaCon, hereinafter referred to as “LESSOR or SPONSOR,” is hereby entered into for the rental of exhibit space in the event identified in “Part II – Scope of Agreement,” paragraphs 1-4 below, in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
