LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ROSEMOUNTLabor Agreement • January 12th, 2024
This AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF ROSEMOUNT, hereinafter called the EMPLOYER, and LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES, INC., hereinafter referred to as LELS, has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the EMPLOYER, its employees and LELS; the furtherance of efficient governmental services; the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of disputes that may arise without interference or disruption of efficient operations of the department; the establishment of a formal understanding relative to all terms and conditions of employment.
