Recommended Action: Move that the Kitsap County Board of Commissioners execute CBA KC-267-18 between Kitsap County and the Juvenile Detention Officers’ Guild. Summary: The parties have settled a 2018-2020 collective bargaining agreement:1. Wages: 2018 – 1% effective first full pay period in January. 2019 – no wage adjustment. 2020 – reopener on wages. 2. Salary steps: effective January 1, 2019, add Step 13 to the pay scale for Juvenile Detention Officers (currently capped at Step 12), at 2.5% above Step 12 3. Health and Welfare Benefits: 2018 – already settled in Memorandum of Understanding KC-265-15-D. 2019 – employer and employee
