This Separation Agreement and General Release (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 24th day of April, 2016, by and between the OMNI REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (“CRA”), the CITY OF MIAMI (“CITY”), and
