This is to confirm that those full-time employees who have three (3) years seniority or more prior to November will be entitled to a guarantee of sixty (60) paid hours inclusive of travel time for homemaking assignments, over a two (2) week period provided any worker making such claim for guarantee was available for work five (5) full days per week, this guarantee being subject to circumstances outside the control of Senior Care.
