Exclusively the owners of these two - 2.4-acre parcels, original Maricopa County Assessor Parcels, #504-12-050-N and #504-12-050-P, have used the water from this “well” which has been divided in 3 separate lots of land. These parceled lots of land shall hereinafter be referred to as LOT 1, LOT 2, and LOT 3 and the owners of these LOTS are parties to this agreement.
