This agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Betterment LLC (“Betterment”) and MTG LLC d/b/a Betterment Securities (“Betterment Securities”), on one hand, and the registered investment advisor--or entity not required to register as an investment advisor pursuant to the Investment Advisers Act of 1940--that is signatory to the Agreement (“Advisor”), on the other hand. The Agreement is effective as of the date Advisor provides Advisor’s electronic signature.
