Please complete this Gift Fund Agreement form (this “Agreement) to establish a Designated Fund (“Gift Fund”) with an irrevocable gift to Foundation For The Carolinas (the “Foundation” or “FFTC”). Designated Funds are created to support a specified nonprofit organization that the Donor names in this Agreement. Grants from the Gift Fund may advance the work of such charitable institutions by supporting capital campaigns, special projects or operating expenses.
