This Amendment No. 2 to the Independent Contractor Agreement (“Amendment”) is between Omni Means, Ltd., a GHD Company (“Consultant”) and Sutter County, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”). This Amendment modifies the original Independent Contractor Agreement entered into on October 9, 2018 between Consultant and County, and which is attached to this Amendment as Attachment 1, and Amendment No. 1 which is attached to this Amendment as Attachment 2, and collectively referred to as the “Agreement”.
