This Master Agreement (“Master Agreement”) is entered into by and between Customer and PeopleGuru Cannabiz, LLC, Inc., a Florida corporation with offices at 101 S Hoover Blvd, Suite 100, Tampa FL 33609, (“PeopleGuru Cannabiz, LLC”) contracting with Customer in an Order Form. This Master Agreement is effective as of the date PeopleGuru Cannabiz, LLC accepts the Order Form executed by Customer ("Effective Date").
