This Master Subscription Agreement (“Agreement” or “MSA”) permits Customer (as identified above) to purchase a Subscription to the services and data provided by Premise Data Corporation (“Premise Data”) – all as set forth in a schedule, exhibit, statement of work, order form, or other purchase documents executed by the parties (collectively, “Order Document”). This Agreement sets forth the Terms and Conditions under which those services and data will be procured and used. This Agreement shall govern Customer’s initial purchase as well as any future purchases made by Customer which reference this Agreement. This Agreement includes any and all Order Documents executed by the Parties.
