This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of 18 November 2008 by and between the Council of Prairie & Pacific University Libraries (COPPUL), 2005 Sooke Road, Victoria, BC V9B 5Y2, Canada (the “Consortium”), authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of its participating institutions identified on Schedule 2 (the “Institutions”) and to enforce the obligations herein on the Institutions (collectively, the “Subscriber”), and Elsevier B.V., Radarweg 29, 1043 NX Amsterdam, The Netherlands (“Elsevier”).
