This Supplemental Agreement for Trading of Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect (the “Supplemental Agreement”) contains terms and conditions supplemental to the Cash Account (Securities Trading) Client Agreement (the “Client Agreement”). In the Supplemental Agreement and unless the context otherwise requires, definitions and interpretations used in the Client Agreement shall have the same meaning herein.
