The below terms of the Agreement are intended for the persons meeting the Service Provider’s requirements to potential Users and willing to use the SIMEX Crowdinvesting Platform and, in the event of execution of this Contract, willing to use the capabilities of the Member Ledger for the purposes of performance of this Contract. The Agreement shall take effect upon acceptance by the User of the Agreement in accordance with Art. 2 of the Agreement.
