Indemnity and Hold Harmless Agreement:September 15th, 2016
The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility for losses, damages, and claims arising out of injury or damage to exhibitor’s employees and agents and to exhibitor’s displays, equipment, and other property brought on the premises of the New Orleans Marriott and shall indemnify and hold harmless the New Orleans Marriott, its parent agents, affiliates, directors, officers, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims. The exhibitor understands that neither the OAH nor the New Orleans Marriott maintain insurance covering the exhibitor’s employees, agents, property, and it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain such insurance.
