● The Parents and Student shall comply with all rules and regulations of the School, as set forth in the Student and Parent Handbook, and as amended from time to time at the sole discretion of the school administration. It is further understood and agreed that in the event the undersigned default or fail to fully perform all of the obligations hereunder, DePaul Catholic High School shall be under no obligation to render further services to the Student, and said default or failure by the undersigned will constitute a valid reason for termination of the Student by DePaul Catholic High School.
