This Participation Agreement and Waiver and Release of Liability is entered into between the undersigned “Participant” and Aspen Rugby Club, Inc., the City of Aspen, and the Eastern Rockies Rugby Football Union Referees Society (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Releasees”).
