THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on this date of , 2024, by and between the City of North Bend, a Washington municipal corporation; the City of Snoqualmie, a Washington municipal corporation; and the Meadowbrook Farm Preservation Association, a non-profit organization (“MFPA”). The City of North Bend and the City of Snoqualmie shall collectively be referred to herein as “the Cities.” The City of North Bend, the City of Snoqualmie, and the MFPA shall collectively be referred to herein as “the Parties.”
