THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the day of March, 2017, by and between the CITY OF TARPON SPRINGS (the “City” or “Licensor”), a duly authorized municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Florida, and TARPON SPRINGS COMMUNITY GARDENS, INC., (“Community Gardens” or “Licensee”), a Florida not-for-profit corporation.
