This document (hereinafter referred to as “Amendment Number 6”) shall serve to amend the original Express Products List Purchase Agreement executed on October 15, 2014, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “EPL Agreement”), between Camcor, Inc., a North Carolina corporation having its principal place of business at 2273 S Church St, PO Box 1899. Burlington, NC 27215 (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”), and the Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services having its principal place of business at 3771 Eastwood Drive, Jackson, Mississippi 39211 (hereinafter referred to as “ITS”), as contracting agent for governmental agencies, educational institutions, and governing authorities of the State of Mississippi authorized to use the Express Products List (“EPL”) (hereinafter referred to as “Purchaser”). ITS and Purchaser are sometimes collectively referred to herein as “State”. ITS, Purchaser, and Seller are sometimes collectively referred to herein as “Parties”.
