This New Hampshire Student Data Privacy Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into by and between the school district, represented in the signature block of this agreement or otherwise adopting these terms under the “General Offer of Privacy Terms” as provided under Section VII (hereinafter referred to as “LEA”) and ProQuest, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”). These terms will be effective with respect to the parties upon LEA’s signature on or after January13, 2021. The Parties agree to the terms as stated herein.
