This Terms of Master Services Agreement (referred to as the "Agreement") is between GetSwift, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("GetSwift") and the person or organization agreeing to these terms ("Customer"). This Agreement governs Customer's access to GetSwift's home and commercial delivery management services (the "Service"). By executing and returning to GetSwift a Work Order or Term Sheet, you expressly agree on behalf of Customer to be bound by and comply with this Agreement.
