THIS AGREEMENT, by and between the CITY OF WICHITA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation, located at 455 North Main Street, Wichita, Kansas, 67202, hereinafter called “City”, and ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY, INC., a Kansas Corporation, located at 5700 Merriam drive, Merriam, Kansas, 66203, hereinafter called “ETI”, shall become effective the date of the last required signature.
