This Subrecipient Agreement (“Agreement”) is made on the date signed by both Parties below (“Effective Date”), regardless of the date it is executed and is between the County of El Paso, Texas, a political subdivision under the laws of the State of Texas (the “County”) and San Elizario Independent School District, a political subdivision of the state of Texas (“Subrecipient”), collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
